A vision for a better future starts with better visibility into the present.

Reality capture technology is a powerful tool that can help us build a better world. But a technology’s benefit only goes as far as the human relationships we make within the communities we serve.

We created DroneDeploy.org with the belief that improving the environments in which we live and work starts with gaining a better understanding.

Our social impact program engages with schools, nonprofits, and disaster response teams so that they can apply reality capture technology to their mission-critical work, and help those who need it most.

Education

Prepare students to enter the workforce of tomorrow

DroneDeploy.org offers an immersive curriculum that trains students on all facets of reality capture – everything from comparing field maps to planning missions to experimenting with remote sensing and automation.

Working closely with universities, trade schools, and K-12s, we offer comprehensive educational packages, including course materials, certifications, and industry-specific training.

Non-Profits

Help communities care for their own

Nonprofit work is core to our mission: our three founders initially started DroneDeploy so that park rangers could better protect endangered wildlife in South Africa’s Kruger National Park. Since then,  nonprofits around the world have used DroneDeploy to capture critical geographical context.

Whether we’re helping nonprofits rebuild hospitals, find clean drinking water or conserve nature, we’re proud to offer our software at discounted prices to qualifying organizations.

Disaster Response

A quicker, safer, and more complete response

Not only are we facing record numbers of natural disasters and humanitarian crisis, these disasters often impact our most vulnerable populations.

It’s why crisis response organizations turn to DroneDeploy – to provide critical situational awareness so first responders can locate the missing, expedite insurance claims, and begin the rebuilding process.
